Q1 and Q2. I feel this company has great potential for growth and I would like to be a part of that growth. I have done some research and have found that hard work is appreciated, encouraged and rewarded here and that is the type of atmosphere I feel I can do the best work in.

The company want to see how interested you are in it, and whether you've researched who they are and what they do. Research the company and see what appeals most to you, then use it as your answer to question 1. It could be anything from the actual work they do, the benefits you might get, or the camaraderie amongst colleagues. The second question - why do you want to work for them? Is it the wages, the hours, has the company got a good reputation, has a friend who works there recommended it to you? Perhaps you're up for a new challenge and the company can provide it for you, or you want to learn new skills, etc. Hope this helps!

Q1. talk about one thing you have in common with the company. Do you like to be on time? Is the company on time? Are you a devoted worker? Is the company devoted to their employees? etc.
Q2. It's best to explain why their hiring you would be good for them.

Q1...I like that you're okay with me stealing office supplies, and that you won't expect me to show up for work when I have other things to do.
Q2...I want to "work" for your company to see if I can date some of the rich executives, and maybe engage in some hot desktop action.

q1 find out what they do first
then you can answer q2 also
what kind of a company is it, what do they make, sell and what is your objective (what do you want) is there room for advance ment possibilities raises etc find out this than you'll know how to answer those questions
