Sometimes mom's seem to busy, but trust me she will find time to talk to you if it is serious. I am sure she has legit reasons for the problems you two are having. You need to have a heart to heart with her. If not find another adult you trust and that you can confide in

you should specify what kind of problems they are and ask another question. Or if they are extremely personal, find an older adult female and consult with her. It would probably be best if she was a mother herself.
