Your question is difficult understand. I am sure YOU know exactly what YOU mean. So lets answer several questions since it is a lot of trouble for YOU to describe what YOU are talking about.
Scenario #1 - You think you are going to be a big star in the music or film industry. You run around telling anyone that will listen that you are destined for greatness. You are an idiot for "living in the fantasy of what 'might' happen."
Scenario #2 - Your dumb friends are considering diving for stingrays and manta rays. You "chicken" out. Later, you find out one of your dumb friends gets stabbed in the heart by one of these nefarious creatures. Congratulations, you are still alive and will probably outlive all your unfortunate friends saw one of you crew get killed.
You feel bad but no there was nothing you could do, plus it was "Shark Week" on the Discovery Channel, your cable bill was paid and you could imagine how scary that mess must be.
Scenario #3- You know you have a lot of homework. Again, your stupid friends want you to go to a party, smoke chronic and get "totally baked" when you know you all need to study. You are NOT a follower and decide to stay home and study. You win again! The test was Monday, later that week you got your test back and you received an A-, you also don't have to take the final cause your grade in the class is so high :D.
You need to find some smarter friends. Your friends are weed smoking, non-studying future "jailbirds".
The main theme behind my "scenarios". America is a place where you are "free" to be anything you want to be. Don't be a FREAKING DUMMY, we have plenty of people here that have already excercised that option and America is just FULL of them.

It is the nature of being human to have some concern for possible future occurences. I might get hungry later, so I should buy some food at the store.

Because if you believe in the risen Christ and it's a lie you lose nothing, But if you don't believe and it's true then you lose everything. It is foolish not to believe.
