Safe and quick....those two words don't go together when it comes to weight loss. The only safe way to lose weight is not a quick way. A healthy diet high in fiber, good carbs, and protein and low in unsaturated fats (no less than 1200 calories a day). Make sure you do cardio 3-5 days a week for 30-45 minutes (interval training is the best) and strength training 3 days a week to start for 30-45 minutes. Drink plenty of water (2-3 liters is good) and no matter what...don't give up. Your progress may be slow, but the slower you lose, the easier it is to learn the good habits that will help you keep the weight off. Good luck!
