Weight loss of more than 1-2 pounds a week is unhealthy and more likely to be gained back. 15 pounds in 2 months is possible, but no more than that; and don't be discouraged if you come in short of your goal. Stick to the exercise and you should continue to lose. About the parents, they're probably just concerned for your health, but also need to be accepting of who you are and constructively helpful in your weight loss attempt. Also, be sure you really need to lose the weight. Height and body frame should be taken into account. You said you don't look "fat" so maybe you're not.
Good Luck!
P.S. Drink LOTS of water so you don't dehydrate in that heat!

ugh! Walking in 105 degree temperaturs is NOT a good idea, unless you want heat stroke!
Okay, keep drinking water. Lots of it:You're at risk for dehydration. Don't eat junk food. This is probably the hard part: Chocolate is one of my major weaknesses. But that will be easier if you don't have it in the house. Don't eat fried stuff: Frying adds a lot of fat. Do eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Don't eat seconds, and try to eat smaller portions.
It is possible to lose 15 pounds in 2 months: I did after I dumped a bad relationship and went back out on my own. The trick is making sure it is 15 pounds of excess fat, not water or muscle.
I really don't know the circumstances with your parents. Keep in mind, too, that some people are big boned and that muscle tissue tends to be dense and heavy. As for you not 'loving yourself', I don't see them helping much. Although I would have to hear their viewpoint before I really say anything more.

I personally think your parents are nuts. But that is just my personal opinion, and I obviously don't know the complete situation. Alteast they gave you a decent time frame. To lose weight safetly it should be around 2 pounds a week. It sounds silly, but drinking a lot of water will help (I personally could never make myself drink the 8 glasses of water for more than a few days, I hate peeing every 30 minutes, but supossedly that stops after your body gets used to it). If you do walk home ever day, that should really help you to lose weight. Don't think of having to give up all the "good" stuff, just think about what you eat before you eat it, i.e. Do I want these french fries now, or would I rather have a piece of cake that's in the fridge? Thinking about it also really helps. I always find trying to lose weight difficult, but it's not to hard after awhile ;) Best of luck

YOUR PARENTS SOUND A LIL EXTREME. DONT STRESS OVER IT. WALK AS MUCH AS YOU CAN- BUT DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR- IF ITS 2 HOT, BE CAREFUL. AWESOME THAT U MOSTLY DRINK WATER- KEEP UP WITH THAT, THATS THE BEST THING FOR YOU. TRY AND STAY AWAY FROM SWEETS- YES ITS HARD, BUT UL FEEL BETTER ABOUT YOURSELF. TRY AND SQUEEZE IN AS MANY FRUITS AND VEGETABLES AS POSSIBLE. STOP EATING 3 HRS BEFORE BED, AND U CAN EAT FOODS U LIKE, BUT IN MODERATION. YOU WILL BE FINE DOING IT THIS WAY. THEY HAVE AWESOME POPCORN THAT TASTES LIKE REAL BUTTER BUT IT IS 94% FAT FREE AND VERY HEALTHY- FULL OF FIBER- EAT INSTANT OATMEAL FOR BREAKFAST- IT WILL KEEP U FULL UNTIL LUNCH
GOOD LUCK,. ANY MORE QUES, JUST ASK

nicely, i understand you do not opt to take heed to this yet i opt to allow you to recognize besides. You concentration too a lot on YOU, quit doping this, it really is borderline boastful. pass into classification, and be there buddy, seek for suggestion from from them like every person else. even as your shy, it shows on your face, then it is going to in worry-free words turn off the ladies, so that you received't have a probability in hell to get any dates, or every person which will communicate with you. ladies like it once you're your self, in case you won't be able to be your self, then get some medicine for stress. you should go to the doctor's office and see what they say about your weight. plus, walking 1 and 1/2 miles in 105 degree weather is just cruel.

I think they are being slightly unfair. But I also think that they aren't wrong when they say you should be healthier. If they think that your habits are unhealthy then by all means they can change that. But they should not be denying you your privelages until you achieve this.

I think your parents are probably asking too much from you. You should try to talk to them and ask all this questions to them, as they are your parents they must understand you better than us and they would try to help you as much as they can!
Good Lucky Sweety!
