Why do men have to be such dick? I gave my life up to have a child for this man and he wont even come see her! I didn't ask for a damn thing!

sounds like a personal issue.that's just men in general I guess.
Well some of them have some sense. And others well run away from commitment and responsabilities in life.
I mean If you knew him well enough maybe he would have left you. Having a baby the 1st or 2nd year your with someone is not a good idea. I mean that's what it sounds like. Calling him a d!ck seems like you didn't know him well at all. why would you have a baby by some D!ck then? You can't change him by having his baby. It doesn't change sh!t! i mean you cant blame him for everything. He mayeb has his reasons. think about what you did. I knwo he didnt walk out that door without a cause. Come on! It's a two way street. You have to meet each other half way. If you can't comprimise. just forget it.
Don't hang on to every word a guy tells you. Theyre all talk. Use your head next time.That's just being blind and desperate. Maybe you be a b!itch and take legal actions against him. It's just your an the bastard baby now. Just deal with it,. You don't need him. Okay!

I had an answer, but it was just mean. The real answer is that men only reflect what your hormones want them to be when you are in love. Once the addiction wears off, you see the dick that you picked up in a bar or in high school. Most of the people in the world are horrible jerks, stumbling through a fog of consumerism, trying to find spiritual guidance from fakirs and stained-glass window salesmen and gun dealers.
What do you expect when you listen to the TV shows which are controlled by advertising? Oprah's gonna sell you some books. Ellen's gonna sell you a new couch. Men are gonna sell you a dick.
It only gets better after it gets worse. See you on the other side of the economy.

I am sorry for what is happening to you - yeah it sucks! However, and it may be hard to believe right now (and that's okay) but not all men are d*ck heads. I too use to think that - it took time to work through the hurt and the frustration. But be assured that there are good decent men out there.
My suggestion is to write down on piece of paper (seriously) what you will "not" accept in a relationship and "what you must have" in a relationship. Tuck it away and read it often. DO NOT let your expectations sway from that no matter what. I do wish you to work through this. As for this guy at the moment, yeah a real idiot.

Not all men are like that. It is unfortunate that you have to have a child with such a d?ck head who doesn't cares about you or your gurl. I hoped it is a lesson learnt and you will find another man who really loves and takes care of both of you.

I believe you answered your own question- You said, "I didn't ask for a damn thing!" I have found that a man is whatever they are allowed to be. If you do not set standards for them- and I mean "high expectations", you will not get much from them at all. Women are self motivated where as men are hardly motivated at all.

Maybe he thinks the child isn't his...If you're sure the child is his take him ti court and have the judge issue an order for him to do a dna test.If the child is in fact his,the judge will issue a judgement for support. And if then he still doesn't pay he'll be put in jail until he does/Hit him where it hurts...his wallet

Stop hating men because you are a loser to think that you could keep the man interested by having a child out of wedlock. It's mothers like you who end up hating your children because their daddy did no stick around.

Not all guys are that bad. I have 4 kids by 3 girls, and THEY all left. 1st ran off with her church deacon ( a married man with 4 kids including a handicapped son)(With for 5 years) 2cd cheated with 3 guys and 2 girls in the last month we was together and is hooked on meth (I have the boys)(married for 5 yrs) and the last just wanted a baby and as soon as she got pregnant (she lied and said she couldn't get that way) left for Florida to be with her family and raise HER son (He now lives with me too, she found out it isn't so easy) (with for 2 yrs)
Please don't label all of us that way, some of us where done wrong by the ladies...

That sucks- first of all, I would not give up my life and bear children for a man without him putting a ring on my finger. I guess he feels that since he wasn't tied down like that, he doesn't have to take the responsibility. A lesson learned for you. Good luck in the future!

That's pretty judgmental,I'm a good guy with a good heart,but I grew up in a house with six sisters...so I suppose I have a different respect for women than most men.It all boils down to our D.N.A. ,it's in our D.N.A. to spread our seed far and wide,and all our animal instincts are overpowering sometimes.
