Take an asprin or tlyenal, or you could lie on your back for 15 min with a cold compress on ur forehead and and gentl rub ur temples and press for 2 secs then let go for 10 and repeat for five times. Then breath deeply as deepas possible, usually headaches means lack of oxygen in ur brain.

Drink lots of WATER, dsconnect from your stressful lifestyle and do something that you enjoy . What I do is : I do some excercise if I can , like walking for 20 min , then I take a NICE shower, drink lots of WATER, take a nap and If I still feel the headache then I proceed to take a Advil liquidgel.

Take 2 Aleve for the headache and get a full body massage for the stress I promise after the massage you might not need the Aleve! Good Luck.

take a nap in a dark quiet room for 20 minutes or more if you like... it works on my migraines...
