What is the difference between a cathedral ceiling, a vaulted ceiling, and a raised ceiling?

imo a cathedral ceiling has large beams visible where a vaulted does not and also a vaulted ceiling has a different pitch than the roof and a raised ceiling I thing would just be a ceiling higher than 8'
