No but, IF THEY ARE BORN HERE THEY ARE LEGAL!!! so what i am saying is that one of their offspring run for president!! Was that not clear? An illegal immigrants child now becomes legal being born here, now of all of this happening there will be a(n) illegal immigrant run.... In case you don't know the south is over ran by illegals and so if you North or Midwest you may not have as many and don't know how disturbing it is to have this going on in your community.

The president must be a natural born citizen.

An illegal alien who has a child born here becomes a legal immigrant. The child is born here and a natural citizen. Therefore, the child can become president because the child was born here. Since the child was born here, that child is not an illegal alien or an immigrant.

You are showing great ignorance with this question.

According to the constitution, only those born in the us, which means they are legal citizens, can become or even run for president, so you have no need to fear that an illegal immigrant will become president now or in the future.

They would have to change the constitution first.

Additional - Your question asked if an illegal can be president. The answer is no and neither can they vote for president. One of the children born here is not an illegal alien. They are citizens and are eligible to be president if they meet the constitutional requirements.

Not likely they are about 1% to 2% now and the vote won't even start till about the third generation if then ..At best they could the difference in a few already established neck and neck races .. But they will also be blending in by then as well... And statistics show by the third generation they will speak English exclusive to Spanish... nice try

no it'll never happen. The U.S. Constitution specifies that ONLY a "natural born citizen" can become president of the United Statesthe. They must be born on american soil. It's what the fore-fathers wanted, so no outside powers could move into our country and seize it as their own. It's simple as that.

and if that EVER changes, for whatever reason, i can assure you... our first Non-American president will be Arnold Schwarzenegger. Just a hunch.

Nobody will ever be able to drum up as many nonexistent votes as the Democrats. Between the Looney Tunes cast and the crew at Disney..... we'll never see it. Besides, the Constitution is clear about being born in the US.
