Ok, I'm 15 years old and I weigh 130lbs. Is that normal? And I just recently lost some weight so how do I keep it off?

Yes, it's normal, your BMI is 21, which is ideal. Well done for losing the weight. Just eat healthily and exercise regularly to keep it off. Take care : )

pinky's wrong....its 5 pounds for every inch after 100.... just thought i'd clarify that for you 1st off. and yeah its pretty normal that's around what some of my friends are. its HEALTHY if thats what you mean. and keep it off by continuing what your doing because you've been dieting make sure you keep your diet and PHYSICAL ACTIVITY is the key

it depends on your height.....they say that for every 5ft its 100lbs and for every inch its 10lbs
