supposedly one week. The expiration date is supposed to be the last day you can purchase it.. not when it is no longer good.

You probably shouldn't eat yogurt very far past the expiration date. You can maybe go a couple of days. Otherwise, look at it like this. Yogurt contains MILK, and MILK gets ROTTEN, which is very bad in your refridgerator because it makes all of your food smell gross. Also, you should always look at the expiration date because it can also be very unhealthy. And I'm sure you don't want that.

expiration dates are only used by companies to show that they food is best consumed by that date so yogurt should be good possible a month after this date if unopened upon opening if there is an off odor or mold than discard other than that eat up

Probably like a day. But sometimes the really cheap yogurts expire before the date.

Place a sample spoon of the yogurt in the mouth of an unsuspecting friend. If their face does not get sucked violently back through their nostrils, the yogurt is good.

Well in order for milk to become yogurt it has to go bad, so sky is the limit. Just depends on what you can stand to eat.

Screw the expiration dates thats just to keep people spending. If it looks and smells rotten than it is rotten but if it tastes good and still looks good with no mold or anything then its fine.

As a rule I throw it out after the date on the carton. I've heard that it's not safe to eat it after that.
