I go to high school. and i dont eat breakfast, or lunch but i do eat dinner around 5 o'clock. It is not like i am starving myself because i am not, i am never hungry in the mornings like my stomach never grals. But when i do eat in the morning i feel so sick after i eat. why?

The body has given up trying to tell you that it is hungry. It has gone into starvation mode. You have trained i to be that way. If you want to eat in a healthy manner you would have to learn to eat slowly. Like having juice first. When you first start eating properly you would feel very hungry after eating. That would be a normal reaction just like a person who was starved by someone else is hungry all the time when they first start eating.

once you get into the habit of having something like a chunk of toast and some fruit interior the morning, after some weeks your body will anticipate that interior the morning. I am the same way..,but much older than you lol..but I was that way in school and it seemed that if I ate when I wasnt hungry..,i would eat all day.Dont worry about it..,its normal and just the way your body is.

because you have not digested your food from the night before, so, it would probably be best to start in the am with something lite, and then try to eat a lunch...then dinner...work your way into a normal eating pattern...

cuz our body is use to not eating in the morning so dont fores your self. for me it's the same thing i don't eat all day, and my body dosn't miss it, so do not worry as long as your not doing it on perpose.

because your body , get used for that

so you have to start slowly and slowly to eat in the morning and then you will find that you will get used to it
