im kinda chubby...well ok im really chuby when it comes to my tummy and i want to know how to get it flat!

You need to do sit- ups and reverse sit-ups that will take care of both upper and lower abs.

Do a yoga exercise called the Plank. Get yourself in a push up position. For right now stay on all fours. Arms should be diagonal to each other and your hands should meet in the middle in front of you, fingers interlocked. Extend legs and lift up on legs. Right now your focus should be on your arms. Keep your back straight and hold this pose for 45 seconds. Do not move, stay still and if you do it right by the end of the 45 seconds your entire body will be shaking. When you do this pose all the weight has to center in your stomach. Therefore this is one of the best exercises for your entire abdominal area.

More exercising and less eating. By the way, i would like my girl to have some chubby stomach and i think many guys prefer it that way.

Sit ups and crunches are the best way to get good abs... Start out slow and then add more and more each day...

Well first of all you have to exercise.And eat healthy food and low sodium.Run,about 4 times each day or more and eat unfatness food.

crunches with legs lifted bent at the knees and alternate sides..,best exercise and you will see quick results
