The word "Earth" (meaning the planet earth) is only relevant to those who come from earth. This word was created by mankind.
No species, animal or alien knows this word or the concept of this word outside of the realms of mankind. Say "Earth" to your cat and see what he says.

So would it be fair to say the same about the word "God" ??

The word "God" (one of the meanings from dictionary is "a supreme being according to some particular conception") God is only relevant to those who believe in god. This word was created by mankind.
No species, animal or alien knows this word or the concept of this word outside of the realms of mankind. Say "god" to your cat and see what he says.

Is this right? man, i just dont know...

There may be some logic in your statement, but as of now, I haven't been able to dope it out.
Somehow you use the argument that if your cat doesn't know the meaning of earth or God that somehow that has special meaning.
Besides those two words, I can mention thousands of words that your cat wouldn't know the meaning of. But just exactly what does that prove ?
We all know that the two words that you mention were created by mankind- - - along with all the other words in all the languages of the world.
I believe that you have too much time on your hands, and don't know what to do with it.

Cat's don't speak any human language.

I don't see the utlility in making cats the measure of all things. After all, cats exist only on earth and no speciess animal or alien would know the word "cat". Say "cat" to a stone and see if it reacts at all.

And at least we know stones exist on other planets. ;)

Man invented the word "God", but it's unclear if animals have their own concept of God.

Animals know about God. They just don't have souls.

Your question presupposes that there is no God. It's basis is that man created language. Have you considered that God created the language that you are attributing to man?
