Absolutely. There are many "spirits" in the world, but only one Holy Spirit. Can you be more specific?
Did you perhaps mean "ghosts" rather than "spirits"?

Yes... there are many, many spirits... This earth is under the domination of evil led by satan... There are also Angels which show themselves from time to time. Any "spirit" one might see or feel would be one or the other....they are not the souls of departed mortals...To tell a good spirit from an evil one demand that the spirit admit its master... A good spirit will state the name of Jesus The Christ... any other will flee or refuse to recognize Jesus' authority... don't mess with any evil spirits... They are real and can hury you in many ways...

Yes..I believe their are evil spirits, but those are nothing compared to the Holy Spirit

There are many people who have lost loved ones and who would desperately like to be able to talk with them again or receive messages from them. This desire is understandable, but contacting the dead is not permitted by God according to the Bible. The attempt is a sin against God and results in either deception or involvement with demonic entities impersonating the dead.
I urge you, as strongly as I know how, not to dabble or get involved in anything to do with occult practices, including this one. At best, they are deceptive and fraudulent; at worst, they can involve you in matters which are satanic in origin.
"The Bible is very clear that such things are false and will only lead you away from God and His truth. In the Old Testament God commanded, 'Let no one be found among you ... who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead. Anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord' (Deuteronomy 18:10-12).
"The Bible urges us to turn in faith to Christ and to seek the truth He has given us in the Bible. God's Word alone gives us spiritual truth; any other path will lead us astray. Occult practices will never tell us with finality what is beyond the grave, but because of His resurrection we can know from Christ everything we need to know."
It is critically important for anyone who has been involved in this or any other occult practice to confess it to God as a sin, renounce the practice, and turn to Jesus Christ for His forgiveness, cleansing and protection. Consultation with a Gospel-preaching pastor may be wise. A book such as "The Bondage Breaker" by Neil Anderson has been helpful to many. It would be available through a Christian bookstore.

It says in the end times, the Holy Spirit will be poured out
on all people. We will have visions, dreams, and prophesy.
Everybody is starting to see things, and hear things. Those
who won't own up to it, are just afraid.

Actually, the Bible does speak of "other" spirits, but they generally aren't good ones.
The answer to your question is YES, I believe in spirits.

Their your ancestors, on the other side of death, you can be in touch, it`s up to you.Their there but with no fiscal body and they are trying to enjoy with your solid form your senses and desires .But be careful you don`t play around with a bad one

yes GOD is a SPIRIT, we also have a SPIRIT within us. if you mean like ghost's, NO. satan and demon's are also spirits.
