I feel that Mr.Bush, hasn't done a darn thing to help our country since he has been in office.I feel that he has made things worse. No, it wouldn't be that easy to gather up 20 million or so illegals, but when they seen what the usa was doing they would go into hiding or just leave on their own, they wouldn't show their face in public. If it costs the Usa 20 million dollars to deport and fix our borders it would be worth it, because it willl cost us twice that much just to let the illegals live off of the system and stay here.

Nope he's not doing a d-a-m-n thing. How to stop illegal immigration, it s simple.

Deportation
Declaration as English as National Language
Heavy fines and penalties for employer hiring illegal immigrants
Tighter border security and border wall that at least 200 feet tall
Shoot to kill illegals crossing the border because they are trespassing (We would have signs within 100 feet warning them to stand back. If they proceed, they get shot!)

The last one is kinda cruel but at least it'll let them know we mean business!

They're doing as little as possible on both sides of the aisle. They're pandering to get votes.

Practically though, there is NO easy solution and in the end we'll probably grant amnesty just like REAGAN did. Then we'll end up with even more illegal aliens. I'm not for amnesty unless they have to pay fines, back taxes and NO to citizenship. They can live here but not become citizens.

Finding and deporting 11-20 million illegals is darn near impossible. Will just have to find those we can and send them packing.

We need to secure the borders-- they're seives now. Drugs, people, etc. come thru pretty much at will.

The Bush administration has betrayed us they could at least have closed the border, they haven't done a dam thing to protect us from these invaders. It will cost us more in the long run especially if they become citizens, they will be eligible for welfare. Just type in the high cost of illegal immigration and you will see the cost of them here now and after. the businesses should be punished for hiring them, thousands of troops at the border, and a huge fence should be built. And Mexico should be billed for their medical care. and any assistance that has been given to them. And if the Democrats get in we are in big trouble, the flood gates will open.

I think the Bush administration is doing whatever it can to turn a blind eye towards the illegal immigration issue. Bush is for big business, which needs cheap labor and he doesn't care much for the American people or for the illegal aliens so long as business gets what it wants.

If American citizens started illegally entering any other country on earth and increased any problems that country had, what would that countries government do? They would tell our leadership to get their own people under control and stop the illegals from leaving because they are increasing problems for us and your citizens are not ours so we shouldn't have to take care of them.

Why cant our government do the same? Tell the new Mexican Pres. he needs to get his problem under control and he has to pay for his people to become citizens of America if he does not want them to leave. This should be HIS problem not ours and HE should have to pay to fix it. I'm sure he doesn't want his country to be run to the ground with his exports stopped and his economy crushed when the good old U.S.A. stops buying goods from him.

Deport. Then deal with the indigenous evils. The only power the administration appears to have is the ability to be in newspapers and television.

Nope bush is too busy playing war in the sandbox to be bothered with. He needs to stop playing games and start acting like president and take care of the problems in our country.

Deport; pay the taxes they owe. Make them pay for their healthcare when they go into a hospital & then leave without paying. Send them back home to have their kids.
