Hey I have really dry damaged bleach blonde hair, I'm looking for a good shampoo and conditoner to help get the moisture back along with shine...any suggestions?

well, i would definitely suggest KMS shampoos & conditioners...pick the ones that specifically say they have extra moisture. also, samy shampoo was really good fo my hair when i took the color out of my hair.

You need a shampoo for your colored hair. A conditioner for your damaged hair and a treatment from the sounds of it. Shampoo for the hair you have but condition for the hair that you want. Bedhead Dumb Blonde shampoo (sorry about the name) and Redken Extreme Conditioner and treatment.

I am still looking for that shampoo myself, but I will tell you that I am having luck with Aloe Vera Gel as a hair gel out of the shower. It really helps calm my unhappy color treated hair that emerges from the shower. It can be a bit stiff on drying, but my hair is curly - I just turn upside down and run my fingers through it and I am loving it.

Besides that, try Pantene Pro-V shampoos. Everybody seems to love it. I'm gonna try it too.

Have you tired hot oil treatments. You can purchase them in the shampoo section at Walmart. They have helped my hair.

just use a aussie pr antene shampoo, and when ur done, what ive learn is that you shouldnt towel dry ur hair, it makes it worse.. use a cotton t shirt and dab ur hair dry.. when ur done making ur hair kindof damp.. use FX straight and shiny gel like stuff in ur hair i swear by that stuff, it makes ur hair a lot better, it doesnt frizzy and make it look crappy.. =]] hope i helped.. =]]
