in my city it is called the suicide and CRISIS hotline..homicide would be a crisis

It would be good except you have so many wackos confessing to crimes they didn't do, look at recent Jon Bennet Ramsey case, It would take a huge staff to even check it out whether it be true or false. Perhaps Yahoo could start one and we could figure it out.

**SIGH** There is .... it's 9-1-1. If you know a crime has been committed, all you need to do is pick up the phone and dial those three little numbers.
