I´m try to control my interior temperature, i´m living in Peru, and here it´s soo hot.
But some days the sun it´s soo hard.
Any ideas to control my oun temperature?

Maybe you could buy a couple of fans? Fans create a wind chill effect, and cool you down by several degrees.

Also, keep iced drinks handy like water, and sugar free is best, like diet soda, or crystal lite drinks.

Another thing you could add to your house is a misting system, we have one in our back porch area and this is a tremendous help.
I live in Arizona, it was between 110-118 degrees for most of july!

Your internal temperature should remain at 98.6 no matter where on Earth you are. For cooling down externally, sweat (or other moisture) will provide cooling as it evaporates. I imagine that Peru would be very humid; if this is true, evaporation will not take place and you will need to apply external sources of coolness (ice, moving air, water, A/C...).

Do you have a refridgerator? You can take wash clothes, wet them, freeze them, then hang them horizontally and have a fan blow in cool air.

take shower and drink cold water. water can be very helpful.
