who is in marching band and how long were you in it for?

I in 10th grade and my 2nd year in marching band. Even though it's alot of work to be in marching band, it is an excellent experience to go through. Last year in band camp, i was a freshman and was a little worried about band cam, but once we started to learn the drill and music, i knew that it was gonna be easy. For those of you who don't know, our field show was titled Pirates! Myths and Legends. This show won us numerous 1st place trophies and we even made it to the SCSBOA Championships and earned a 5th place. This year, our show is titled Pandora's Box and it will even be a bigger hit than last year.
I go to Indio High School and hope that some of you know about us. what was your experience for marching band last year, and for this year coming, and what was your field show?

I havn't been in a MARCHING band for a couple years, i'm a performance and education music major at Texas Tech Univerisity, but when i did it, we played La Nouba, from cirque du soleil, Riverdance, and West Side Story. AWESOME stuff...I miss it a lot. We got a bunch of 1s and...well, never got a 2...haha. I loved it! Good luck with all your stuff! Its sad to say i don't know much about Bands of America, my knowledge consists of University Interscholastic League...it's kinda like texas' BOA...Anyways, it's UIL. Good Luck!

Band nerd from 6th grade up through senior. marching and concert band. Did well enough to get a band scholarship in Jr. College and was in the stage band there also. It was a fun time.

2 years, 1 in college as an undergraduate and 1 in high school. That's it. (Auburn University 1999)

I started in marching band my freshman year, I am in concert band, too. (Since sith grade). I started field show my junior year (last year)

I play the flute, tenor and alto saxophones

I was in the orchestra instead because I wouldn't be caught dead in the uniform and plus I had cheerleading.
