You can find round shelves in most container stores. These are perfect for turning it into your spice or medicine/medical supply cabintes. The shelving gives you twice as much space. I wish I had them in my cabinets, lucky!

Any thing you want as long as you do not over load it.
Would say stay away from canned goods, pots and pans, etc.
Light plastic containers, mixing bowls, etc.
You will know when you have it overloaded, it will start to bow, and possibly not turn as easy. A lot has to do with the manufacturer as well as the material it is made out of.

Try using it to store a variety of teas and honey. Or coffee and co-coa. Winters coming and having hot beverages available is a must. If you have no children you could use it to store vitamins or medicines to be taken on a regular basis.

My mom has 2, both for food. One has the cereal, snack foods, pb & j, etc. The other has the dinner food items in it, like instant potatoes, rice, mac & chz, etc.
