Does anyone know how to do this? I am very active and hardly ever rest and always run around, but I can't lose the weight; although I watch very closely to what I eat.

Eat smaller meals often during the day..
Unfortunetly, our metabolism slows as we get older and the best way is to adabt to it is to eat better and smaller amounts. Try drinking lots of water, cut out bad carbs (potatoes, pasta, rice, and fruits). If you eat right and exercise reguraly and cant lose the weight, see your doc. It could be a thyroid problem

You may have naturally slow metabolism (low thyroid hormone). There are some natural remedies for that, but don't kow how effective. You may want to have it tested (simple blood test) by your doctor to make sure it's within the normal range.
