So far I have noticed that I am extra hungry BUT I am retaining a lot of fluid (which is very uncomfortable) and some bizarre dreams...

It is probably being caused from the Remeron. Hunger and weight gain are two of the side effects from the drug and so are some of your bizarre dreams. I am bipolar and was taking Remeron for a while and i started gaining weight and having weird dreams. I told my Psychiatrist about it and he changed my medication to Seroquel but as with any psychotropic drug they all have their side effects. You need to talk to your doctor.

Yes that sounds very familiar. Remeron is know for its weight gain more so than other medications. It also can cause vivid dreams and/or bizarre dreaming. It is best taking at night right before bed. Also, a groggy feeling and sleepiness more so than other medications.

It made me feel as if I had the flu for three days. I slept all day and felt crappy. The effects should calm down, but not all of them will leave. Dry mouth, dizziness, all the regular effects of other meds.

Remeron is an atypical drug, meaning it is fairly new and therefore considered to have more benefits than defects. It is good because it works on all three major neurotransmitters, Dopamine, Serotonin, and norephenephrine.

OOOOOOH,me too. i have noticed that since no longer taking lexapro, my body feels like there is electricity being shot throughout, i just began taking the mertazpine 2 wks ago, and thoiu.ht that it would replace the lexapro, apparently not, i am now taking it in the morning all 40mgs and 200 mgs of seraquil (?)at bedtime, this is the first day i noticed i am feeling not so electrified! hang in there and give it some time. the dreams are bizarre and textured, they should taper off after a while. good luck.

I took Remeron for three days and quit because of the bad dreams that were getting worse each night.

i finished taking them whilst they began to make me ill and that i found out my sort had nutrition A which reasons deformities. It must be the way they extract the nutrition A it is the priority because of the fact in case you get nutrition A out of your organic supplies you do not have a concern. start up ingesting very healthful, I regarded @ the nutrition count huge sort in the prenatal nutrition field and that i regarded for culmination and vegetables that contain those supplementations. Then i began a chart of the terrific meals to consume. each thing we want is for the main section already swimming in the sea, ingesting grass, turning out to be in the grown or on some tree. :)
