Not in my state!
A helmet can save your life!
A helmet can kill you!
The real risk is the combination of a motorcycle and a human!
We had 1,400 deaths last year in a 1.2 million state, almost all to head injuries!
The only good thing I guess, if they want to kill themselves, they make good organ donors!

18 and under should be required to wear a helmet. Over 18 should not be. Same with seatbelts. Nanny laws should not be in existence. If you are stupid enough to not wear a seatbelt or helmet, then that is just natures way of weeding out the flock. But no, nanny government steps in and lets the people who normally would have stuck a fork in a light socket reproduce with other morons and create a super moron race. It is called survival of the fittest.

Check your state law, if it sas you dont have to then you dont have to. Some states require a bond to drive without a helmet so make sure before you ride. Ignorance of the law isnt an excuse. Know it before you drive it!

The laws are different from state to state - or even local ordinances will override lenient state laws, sometimes.
In Florida you have to wear a helmet if you are 16 or under to ride a bicycle. You do not have to wear one to ride a motorcycle.

Depends on the state. Utah doesn't require helmets. They have a special vacuum for cleaning up your brains when you spill them.
