A chihuahua that small will be prone to lots of health issues as he grows older. The breed was never meant to get that small, and he will most likely pay for some human's stupidity with his life.
You might try contacting a local Chihuahua rescue. You can find lots through petfinder.com. Be very careful as to who you sell this dog to. Lots of people will gladly pay $200 for him and use him as a stud dog. He would live his life in a small cage, and would be used until he died. Not a good life for any dog!
Good luck in finding him a new home! Make sure you get references from anyone that is interested in adopting him, and you might want to make sure he doesn't go to a home with any large dogs. They might inadvertently squish him.
Hope this gives you some good ideas.

Contact a chihuahua rescue. Try your hardest (and have them try their hardest) to find a home before they move.

Second option would be to go though chihuahua rescue, and last resort would be a shelter.

And this is why people shouldn't have pets....

so much for a life long commitment. So much for a forever home...
