yesterday, i noticed that she pees a lot, like she's incontinent or something. she sits in the peeing position for a long time but the pee is would be just little puddle to a few drops, AND it has got blood i them.she even peed one time with only blood i think, or mostly. i know i shld take her to vet immediately but i recently had a financial problem and im still trying to come up with money for her. i just need to have some idea what might be d problem right now, because i'm rily worried...

Go to the vet right away. Blood in the urine is a symptom of several conditions. Trying to pee, and not, is not incontinence. Incontinence is the inability to "hold it."
Since she only had a small puddle, she is suffering from urinary retention.
You should not delay seeking medical treatment for her.

Most likely it is a urinary tract infection. Someone else said that it might be her period, but if that were the case, she wouldn't be peeing frequently. If you have never had a UTI, let me tell you, it HURTS. If it is a UTI, she will need medication. I understand that money is tight, but I do not believe that this is something that can be put off. Maybe your vet will allow you to make payments. If you really can't find a way to pay the vet, contact the SPCA and see if they can help.

Probably a urinary tract infection or a kidney infection.
Both need to be treated immediately.
Get her to the vet they will probably work with you as far as getting the bill paid.
But don't put it off. If you have ever had either one of these conditions, you know how uncomfortable she is.

You should still call the vet at least and see if they have any suggestions. It could be an infection and you will have to bring her to the vet no matter what. talk to the vet and maybe you can set up some sort of payment plan.

Your dog should be taken to the vet immediately. She is probably suffering from a severe bladder infection, and hopefully it has not spread to her kidneys. This is very serious and MUST be treated with antibiotics. Please take her ASAP!

Instead of asking questions here, why don't you do the responsible pet owner thing and take the poor dog to the vet?
