I don't think so. You shower when everyone else does.

Sure, anytime you have free time scheduled, and are in the barracks. I was in the Army and I know just how little time that really was, yet we were all expected to shower every day. One, probably true, myth in the Army is that if a person didn't shower enough they would be taken to the showers by their fellows and forced into a shower and scrubbed, hard, with toilet brushes.
Boot Camp is only a few weeks long, and it is the most concentrated activity that anyone can ever go through. For the first few weeks we didn't know what free time was. I think that the Navy is just as tough as the Army, and they have just as much to teach. In Boot Camp it is important to shower every day, but they don't have to time to let you do it whenever you want. Even after going through the Gas Chamber full of tear gas we didn't get to shower for another six hours. To clean our gas suits we were told to run around with our arms up for a few minutes, before we took them off. Then when we finished there was another activity for us to do, and we had to march to get there. We were even expected to study while in the chow line.
Basic Training, in any service, is the hardest thing that you will ever have done in your life. You learn more and do more than you would think possible. The only situation that could compare would be in war. The military, any branch, has to test its recruits to the point of destruction to see if they can be relied on in actual combat. Many people pass it, and if you have the “can do” attitude you can to, but any flaws and weaknesses in a person are quickly brought to light.
When I went through Basic Training I was 21 years old and weighed about 100 pounds (I am short) I was thin and healthy. When I graduated I had lost 10 pounds and I never missed a meal and I never failed to eat ALL of it, even when it was rain soaked scrambled eggs and water logged French Toast. The military will push you hard in Basic Training (Boot Camp), but part of that is learning how to take care of yourself and that means you need to shower daily. So you can shower daily, and after PT, but not at your leisure, because there is no such thing as leisure in Boot Camp.

Before you do anything I think you should talk to a recruiter you obviously have no idea about what goes on in the military. Maybe you should rethink things.

They give you personal time and during that time you have to take your shower, do your laundry, talk to your family, etc.
