well i was goin out with this guy but after 2 months he broke up with me and then he told me that he wanted to be friends with me but i told him no at that moment cuz i was phist off and then when i see him at school my friends always tells me that he be staring at me and he sometimes be askin me for a hug cuz know we r friends?

He likes you but not as a girlfriend. And he would like it better if you two were just friends. Either that or he likes another girl more than you but he still likes you. But it's sweet that he still wants you two to be friends. Or maybe his parents don't like you and don't want him to date you but he still likes you. Well whatever the reason, don't hate him. Most guys just dump you and leave. And you should talk to him.
