I like this guy and he likes me. Its obvious that he likes me although he has never told me. We act like regular friends- he tells me about weird girls liking him and I tell him about guys trying to get with me. Hes pretty honest and caring towards me, and much more affectionate towards me than other girls( he wont hug or flirt or play with other girls like he does me). I asked him to homecoming and he said yes and I have told him that I like him ( he blushed). The only problem is that Im scared if I dont get with him, he'll end up getting with someone else before I get a chance to. Honestly, I think he is scared to ask me to be his girlfriend ( i dont know why) and all my friends say i should just ask him myself. Do you think thats being too forward or should I give it more time? PS. I am extremely impatient!

You should try to be patient. Although, sometimes the guy does need a little push. Being open and honest is helpful, and maybe he is to shy to ask you. You may have to ask him, but give it some time before you do.
