Put all the ingredients in and push start. Make sure the liquid ingredients are at the bottom. You can probably find some directions on the product's website.

I had a bread machine like that too (without directions) I bought it at a church rummage sale. You can get bread mix at all grocery stores. Remember to get the kind that says for use in bread machines or you can be like Aunt Bee and make your bread mix from stretch. Once you follow the direction on the package and put the mix in the machine. Poke some buttons (it should stay start somewhere). Remember that it should stay in the machine til its nice and bread like, check it to see if it's not to doughy in the middle because it would be no good to serve that a way. A few times after useing the machine I bought, I gave it away because I really didn't like bread machine bread.

The recipes you use should tell you what setting to use. Basically, you make sure the kneading blade is in the pan and then dump in the wet ingredients, then the drys, then the yeasties. Plug in the machine, select the setting you want ( light, medium, dark, wheat, etc.), close the lid and take the bread out when it's finished.

Find the website of the manufacturer of the machine and they may have a downloadable manual. I have acquired a lot of electronics that did not have manuals and I have found just about every on online.

I think those are illegal. Perhaps you should do a search under counterfeiting.
