Ive been dating this girl for a month and we ran into some of my friends and I forgot to introduce her to them. should I apologise?

If she seems hurt by it--definitely apologise. What can you lose?
But if she never mentioned it, then don't make a big deal out of it. Just make a serious mental note, and be very complimentary the next time you get a chance to introduce. For example, "Hey guys, let me introduce to a girl who's the best thing since low cal-beer." Okay, that was a hokey example, but you get the idea.

yes u should, because if u dont sooner or later, than she will feel unappreciated and that u arent caring for her. u should do that as soon as possible before some else happens between u two

yes, but dont make a big deal of it if she hasnt. I am sure you would have heard about it by now if it was that big of a deal to her. but the fact that you caught your mistake and are concerned about it is awesome. she will appreciate that.
