This should be fun for all of us!

I would have to say, for myself, that I would be Job at this point in my life. I am going through many things similar to what he went through and his life example has taught me a lot on how to handle what I am currently going through. Esther and Ruth are also good examples I would like to attain to, with Esther willing to sacrifice her life to save her people and Ruth forsaking all to take care of her mother in law and the Lord rewarding her for her faithfulness.

So many great people and only one to choose.
I think Elisha or St. Peter. They got to witness two
of the greatest times in history and pick up the mantle
that Elijah and Jesus left for them.
Oh then of course Joshua who was Moses' second hand
and led the people to the promised land.
My favorites are Moses Elijah and Jesus but it would have been more fun to witness than to be.
Thanks for asking that was fun.

I would be Ruth, because she chose a new people and a new way of life. I am a Jewish convert, and my parents, in 40 years, never forgave me for it. But, I never once wavered. I have never been sorry.

I would be God, so I could warn everyone that Mohammad would come along and try to trash Christianity. Jesus tried, but he wasn't clear enough. He should have mentioned Mohammad by name instead of just warning us about the wolves dressed as sheep who act as false prophets

Well, I'd wanna be Enoch because he walked with God. Enoch pleased Him so much that God took him. He didn't die...he was just taken to heaven. Wow, to have that much of a relationship with God and this was before Jesus came. That's so awesome!

Ramses II also known as the Great.

Had to deal with a minor Jewish insurection but otherwise got to live to die of old age and father hundreds of children and live like a pharoah.

Choosing "God" is too lame an answer...

I think I'd be Moses. He was not a very eligant speaker and a reluctant leader. I can identify with that sometimes!

Jael, from Judges. She seduced the enemy commander, and when he was asleep she drove a tent peg through his skull into the ground. That's my kind of girl.

I'd probably be the jackass that Moses tied to a tree before he walked 60 miles.

(Who else has wondered at Moses' lack of intelligence because of this?)
