Illnesses are caused by bacteria or viruses--not by cold weather, lack of sleep, etc.
If you truly want to make yourself sick, ask someone you know who has a cold to sneeze into a napkin and stick the napkin up your nose. Expect to wait 3 to 5 days for the incubation period, however. It won't happen overnight.

Supposedly catching a cold from going outside with wet hair is just a myth but it worked for me this week. I'm desperate to get rid of my cold though, so I'll happily send it to you if you want one!

Hang out with someone that has a cold, touch everything that person touches and don't wash your hands.
p.s. You don't have to be sick to look it. Try practicing with a little makeup.

Sounds pretty sad that you deliberately want to make yourself sick. You got plenty of answers as to how but why don't you try thinking of why you want to do this. Sounds much deeper to me. Try talking to someone.
