Hello picard
Your question is almost mute. There is no ever burning hell where the evil go to be tormented for ever and ever. However you can receive the punishment of being burned up and become ashes. God does not and will not give an everlasting punishing. Only a one time punishment. How about that a God that doesn't believe in being mean to people???????
Stop believing the things that so called christians tell you. Don't believe anyone, not me, not preachers, not the pope, not anyone. Believe the bible.
The English word hell is written 23 times in the New Testament King James version. It is translated 11 time from the Greek word hades {hah'-dace} which means grave.
It is translated 12 times from the greek word geenna {gheh'-en-nah} which should have been rendered "Gehenna" or "Gehenna of fire". ". This was originally the valley of Hinnom, south of Jerusalem, where the filth and dead animals of the city were cast out and burned; a fit symbol of the wicked and their future destruction.
It is the place of the future punishment of those that will not enter into the Kingdom of God. A one time punishment not an eternial punishing.
An Italian Florentine poet, Durante degli Alighieri, better known as Dante Alighieri or just Dante, June 1, 1265 – September 13/14, 132, created the idea of the hell that is taught to the world. Through his stage play la Divina Commedia (The Divine Comedy) the whole world has been and is being decived about a place that does not exist nor will it ever come into being.. The Divine Comedy describes Dante's journey through Hell (Inferno), Purgatory (Purgatorio), and Paradise (Paradiso). It was only a play, the works of the imagination of a man. However the Roman Catholic Church took the idea and ran with it and has long since convinced an unsuspecting world that
the writings of Dante are indeed an acurate rendition of a place of eternal punishing of all evil people. God is in total disagreement with the Catholic Church and all other that preach and teach that there is an ever burning hell, a place of eternal punishing, a place where the evil go after death.
Malachi 4:1 For, behold, the day is coming, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yes, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day thats coming shall burn them up, say's the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.
Malachi 4:2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and you shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.
Malachi 4:3 And you shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, say's the LORD of hosts.
Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
Rev 20:5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
Rev 20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
Check this out, Jesus was killed the month of April. He was 33 and 1/2 years old. Count six months until his 34th birth day. Christians tell us thast Jesus died and was placed in the tomb on a Friday just prior to sunset and rose early Sunday morning just prior to sunrise, that is two nights and one day in the tomb. Jesus said Matthew 12:40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. Who you going to believe, Stop believing these people.
Picard, people do lie, even those that think that they aren't by repeating the things they are taught. Sunday is not the Sabbath. Proof by the Catholic Church.
Catholic Press, Aug. 25, 1900
"Sunday is a Catholic institution, and... can be defended only on Catholic principles.... From beginning to end of Scripture there is not a single passage that warrants the transfer of weekly public worship from the last day of the week to the first."
"It is well to remind the Presbyterians, Baptists, Methodists, and all other Christians, that the Bible does not support them anywhere in their observance of Sunday. Sunday is an institution of the Roman Catholic Church, and those who observe the day observe a commandment of the Catholic Church."--Priest Brady, in an address at Elizabeth, N.J. on March 17, 1903, reported in the Elizabeth, N.J. News of March 18, 1903.
The Catholic Church is truthful in relaying to the Protestants that the Sabbath is really Saturday and not Sunday. The protestants choose to go along with the Cathloics and keep Sunday.
Those that fail to observe the sabbath as commanded by God, are commiting sin. If you are commiting sin each Sabbath, are you a christian?
1Th 5:21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
There is no way of knowing how many wise men that made a visit to see Jesus.
We do know that by the time the Magi had gotten to where Jesus was, His parents had moved him into a house and he was now being called a young child, which means that he was a year old or older when they arived to present their gifts.
Mat 2:11 And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense and myrrh.
Do have a good day.

I am somewhat confused about where you are with this question, probably because I am at the end of my workday and my reading comprehension is low. But, I will give you this thought. If you really want to have a life with God (both temporary and eternal), then keep asking questions. If you are trying to prove God as wrong, then I ask you to really search the questions deeply, and don't take the answers of people on the internet as your only source about spirituality and such.

Actually, nobody's going to hell, because there is no such thing. I think that after 2000 years, if there was, we'd get some more real and clear evidence. So, there is no hell for anyone, believer or not. Now, the difference is you can spend the rest of your life thinking you're going to hell for everything, and live in guilt, or live happily and not care any more about those fairy tales they tell children for them to eat their food.

Hellfire hasn't come down from heaven yet. Before the annihilation, people have to be resurrected alive. When you die, you return to your basic elements. Those who don't value life now won't like eternity on the New Earth.
Sodom and Gomorrah were burned with eternal fire, no? The result is eternal, not the process. If I said the notes on the chalk board will be erased forever, i don't mean I'll be erasing the notes every second of my life. How long will it take for a piece of wood to be burned and gone forever? Depends on the size, but it will still be gone.
we don't have a souls, we are souls. Your soul is yourself and you have a brain. Your brain is part of your body.. The Body is part of the soul. Without the body, there is no soul!

Simple: Kiss god's...ring, grovel and snivel a lot about how horrible and unworthy you are, and loudly proclaim the unworthiness of everyone else around you. Then maybe, MAYBE, God will let you into his exclusive club. Provided you didn't ask a SINGLE QUESTION!

To go to heaven you have to believe Jesus died for our sins and ask him to come into your heart.

but you see, God is loving and that is the God you questioned. If you believe in and accept His love - it's correct - the choice of hell is yours. if you constantly snub His love..... well you never know. if you believe He is a loving God, then you believe in His Son. it's not an easy question that has a simple asnwer - you have to believe to accept.

It sounds like you are asking questions...I'd invite you to read God's Word, beginning with the book of John. Continue your research, and ask questions.
God wants us to reason, or argue, with Him about our salvation (Isa. 1:18). Ask God to reveal Himself to you as He really is, not as society says that He is.
Don't let negative arguements be proof. Open yourself up to the affirmative. And...always ask questions. Always.
