It's possible that you did not train her enough not to do those things (depending on the age of your cat). Sometimes if you play roughly with kittens, they think that that is how you always want to interact with them. If she's still a kitten/young cat, try not to rough house with her and encourage calm activities.
You should try very firmly telling your cat "no" and placing her away from you to try and get the idea that it's not ok across to her. A squirt bottle may be necessary too.

Kitty's just playing. I would say get her some toys and play with her at least 15 minutes every night. This might calm her down. If not, keep her claws trimmed and you might just have to put up with the leg attacking. If it's just a kitten, she might grow out of it. In the meantime, don't encourage it by playing rough. If you have a child in the house that encourages rough play, have them stop.

Where did you get her from? My elderly cat is a bit like this but she only attacks us if we stroke the base of her spine near her tail so we figured it must hurt her and now avoid this area when we fuss her

Is it a kitten? They can be cutely annoying like that (I love them tho!)
Maybe your kitty needs another feline friend. I got a second one when I kept reading how lonely and sad they get when they are the only one.

She lacks affection and cuddles, and wants you to play!!! Buy catnip leaves to sprinkle on the floor, and ping-pong balls for her to chase, and cuddle her lots. Dont smack her for biting, like some do, because she cant understand "naughty" and can only see that someone she loves has turned on her and hurt her.
