I lost 95 lbs in 8 months using a plan called Shapeworks, so I think you can lose 10 by October easily with it. Here is where I got it from: www.loseweightnow.com/tfward

Eat healthier (1 piece of fruit everyday, and 1 portion of Vegetables every day). Also, take a daily walk that is at least 30 minutes or longer. It helps to bring a cell phone or someone else to talk too. (I've noticed that when walking and talking, you run out of breath quicker)

Also, while watching TV (if you do) stretch! Most people just sit in a chair, sofa or whatever and watch the tube, sit on the floor and do some stretches for your legs, back, stomach and arms.

Yes, that is possible. Just go on a healthy diet( don't eat too much junk food and sweets). Go to the gym, or run 4 times a week, do crunches and sit ups.
Drink 8 glasses of water a day, don't forget your Vitamin C.
Good luck!

Try to eat smaller portions, or rather than three meals a day just have five or six snacks. Also try to incorporate some healthier foods into your diet (grapes, nuts, oat bran, veggies, etc.). Another way you could go is to only eat when you are hungry, not just because it's time for a meal. And yes, try to get in some exercise of your choice nearly every day.

cut down on your calorie intake and lots of exercise...just think of anything you can do to burn calories...eat less food and stay away from junk food...drink water and drink plenty of it...you might buy some over the counter fat burners to...they do seem to help some....do without all the good things you like to eat..if you have to like i do,,,,,,do not put anything in your house that you really like to eat...just eat to kill the hunger but still maybe take vitamins and eat lots of fruit and celery and food that does not have many calories....i have found if you cut out meat you do lose weight faster....also exercise whenever you have spare time if only for 15 minutes then try again later that day too...

I say yes...I am trying to do the exact same thing! Hopefully 15 pounds! For these first 2 weeks I am only drinking water and fruit juice and eating fruit and veggies. I exercise (cardio) for an hour every morning to help build up my metabolism...It's really working for me...Try it! Good luck to you!

Eat according to your blood type. Exercise, exercise, exercise - esp. aerobic. LOTS OF WATER instead of anything carbonated. Also, the obvious - no fat, sugar, alcohol, refined foods, and eating after 6 p.m. if you are a 9-5 er.

Try lots of water, some form of exercise, and eating about 1300 calories a day. I think that should do it.
