First of all you should be proud that you recognise that you need some help to sort this.

Your doctor will most likely be able to help with courses or recommend a counciler with the skills to help you.

hospitals and doctors surgerys often have leaflets with details of courses, or have you tried looking in the Thomson (uk) there may be some colleges that provide this service.

Good luck and remember it wont always be easy, but it will be worth it.

the easiest way is to call your local mental health center they will tell you where there is one available. if this does not work call the office of community services they have to send people to them all the time so they should have info.

P.S. they work it saved my marriage to learn to control anger
