it is a boys name the slang name is racist in nature therefore will always be derogatory this name is older than racism in america and isolated to sri lanka please anyone from sri lanka

have found reference to land of shalitha in 1 samuel kjv bible still no meaning of name maybe a theology scholar or religious person might know

hay man.....I`m from sl

To tell the truth this is the first time that I have heared of the name "shalitha"..I`m pritty sure that it is not from sl.....might be from India...

what we have here is "Lalitha", "salitha" ...like that ...

"salitha" in sl means "shaken"

hope its the answear ur looking for...
