Delet stuff that I have viewed on my computer so that no one can trace it? Such as nosy friends?

go to tools if yor on internet explorer and then "clear history" itll clear any pages youve just viewed

Best way is to use FIrefox & when you want to wipe your history is to then Select Tools / Clear Private Data. That will remove Cookies , Cached Files , And History.

I.E. tends to leave traces of where you've gone all over the place.

For Better Security when surfing, you can use A Linux LIve Boot CD. When you shut down there is Nothing to be recovered.

Deleting nosy friends can be expensive. I do have an acquaintance who does groups at a bargain!

u can download some tool that i like to use ATF Cleaner, just click on select all and empty selected.... get it from down here.. vvvv
