I ONLY EAT TWICE A DAY ONLY, 1 6" SUBWAY SANDWICH (MEATBALL MARINARA WITH MANY VEGGIES) SOMETIMES INSTEAD OF THAT I EAT LEAN POCKET SUBS, ALL THIS DURING DAY TIME. THE MAIN STUFF AT NIGHT IS A SALAD(CARROTS AND LETTUCE DURING NIGHT TIME), AND IF I GET TIRED OF THE SALADS I EAT A NUTRI GRAIN NUTRITIONAL BAR. I DO NOT DRINK 8 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY. ONLY 3 OR 4.

I TRY TO JOG / WALK A MINIMUM OF 30 - 40 MINUTES A DAY 5 DAYS A WEEK. I TRY TO REST DURING THE WEEKEND, BUT SOMETIMES I GO WALKING OR PLAY SOCCER. AFTER THAT, I WORK MY ABS, I STARTED DOING ONLY 100 A DAY. NOW I CAN DO OVER 1,000 EASILY. THE SECRET OF THIS HAS BEEN THAT I HAVE BEEN CONSISTENT.

FINALLY, MY 2 HOUR DAILY WORKOUT ENDS UP WITH WEIGHTLIFTING, OVER 400 REPS FOR ARMS INCLUDING, BICEPS, TRICEPS, CHEST LEGS, SHOULDERS AND BACK ALWAYS WITH LIGHT WEIGHT ONLY 5 POUNDS AND SOMETIMES 10 POUNDS. I THINK I CAN LOSE ANOTHER 24 POUNDS WITHIN THE NEXT 2 MONTHS.

HOW CAN I ACHIEVE THIS GOAL FASTER? I DON'T WANT TO USE PILLS.

1. STOP YELLING.
When you use all caps, it is the equvilent of yelling. It is considered rude.

2. You are doing too many reps with your excercize, you are actually damaging your muscles, and reducing their ability to burn calories efficiently because they have to constantly repair themselves.

When you do more than 15-20 reps in a set the muscle starts to get past the "productive" point and into the damage zone. Why do you think most exercize programs tell you 8-10 reps or 12-15 reps?

If you can "easily" do more than 12-15 reps at a certain weight, you should increase the weight you use:

For example if you bench press 100lbs, and can easily do 3 sets of 12 each with out breathing hard or your muscles really feeling tired, THEN you should up your weight. Try bench pressing 110 lbs for the next 4 weeks.

Do not up your weights more often than than every 2-3 weeks. You should only up your weight once your muscles have grown accustome to the new weight and are no longer tired by it.

----
You need to eat at least 1200 (women) to 1500 (men) calories a day to run your body's basic needs. If you are not meeting your caloric needs you will not have the energy you need to work out in a controlled manner, and repair while you sleep.

Additionally a very controlled and repetative diet can leave you missing nutrients that are important to your overall health. Many people who diet need a multi vitamin supliment. I use the "One-a-day" brand. Either the Men or the Women's formula are fine depending on which you are. Do not waste your money on the other specialized formulas.

The diet you are eating may also be high in transfats and low in fiber. You may want to talk to a nutritionalist who can help you learn which foods are better for you, and which ones you might want to avoid.

If you want more specific guidance on a eating plan you might want to try Weight Watchers. It is the number one Doctor recomened weight loss plan because it focuses on healthy eating for long term health.

Most people lose 1 - 1.5 pounds a week although if you are very serious about following the plan you may lose up to 3 pounds a week.

I encourage you to increase your water intake, as water is vital to your cells functioning. Some people on diets avoid water trying to avoid bloating, sadly this is turned around. When you avoid water your body thinks it is scarce and "holds" on to it. The more water you drink (within reason) the easier it is for your body to function as intened.

If I had to make an over all recomendation:

1. Realize that "over" dieting is the main reason people fall off the wagon. You seem awfully strict. That can only last so long. Try to lighten up a little, in controlled ways so it doesn't all come crashing down on you when you finally "snap".

2. Try to aim for 45-60 minutes of fat burning aerobics 2-3 days a week. More if you like. "fat burning" aerobics is different from cardio, in that your heart rate is a little lower.

For example, In my own body my cardio range is 140-180, but that is training my lungs and heart. If I keep my heart rate to 120-140 while on the eliptical machine my body is still moving at a good pace, but more of the calories I am burning are likely to be stored fat, and not sugar stored in my liver.

3. Find a plan for more nutritious eating. Your eating may be working, but it is probably not how you want to eat for the rest of your life, so when you start eating "regular" again the weight is going to creep back on. Because you haven't learned any good eating habbits. How to use food as fuel, and choose the right fuel in reasonable amounts.

4. Keep a journal of your eating, and exercizing. It can be motivational. Plus next time you go to the doctor you can give it to them to look at. Then they can make sugestions to improve your health.

Good Luck!

Don't get the meatball. That's loaded with fat and calories. Get the veggie one. And eat more than twice a day. Eat 5 small meals throughout the day and you'll see results. Your body is probably used to the weight you are now, you just have to kick it up a bit.

Its true the meat ball sandwitch isnt a good choice if you re trying to loose weight. Try the vegiatian sub, use low fat dressing, no bleu cheese or ranch...but your workout rutine sounds amazing i wish i could do that. Maybe instead of walking, you can try jogging or running or maybe do a dance class or dance aerobics. I lost like 5 pounds in one class, and it was only 50 minutes long. Very strenuous! Plus those pills dont even work.

faster is not better!! you need to make sure you are eating enough so your body doesn't go into a "starvation" mode. that's when you'll hit a plateau and won't lose any more weight, and your body will actually start storing fat and burning muscle... not good! I think you are doing good right now, but maybe try to fit in a breakfast (like special K and fruit or a protein bar) because that will help keep your metabolism up.

you aren't eating enough to stay healthy. you need a minimum amount of calories for your body to continue to loose fat weight. you will begin to loose muscle and you will start getting ill more than usual. your hair and nails will not grow properly. you need to eat a well balanced meal and you will still loose 2-3 pounds a week. i did it on weight watchers...100 pounds in 10 months
