Hogan dad. This is North Walian, what you asked for 'Celtic' was split into 'P' Celtic and 'Q' Celtic just over 2000 years ago. These now are broken into WELSH,IRISH (GAELIC), SCOTS(GAELIC) MANX, CORNISH and BRETON.
