If there is can you tell me how?

Any other tips and advice would be great.

NO CUTTING OFF BODY PARTS OR DOING CRACK COMMENTS OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF DRUGS!!!!!!!!!

Thanks

not any super healthy way... but basically cut back on calories, the less calories you take in and more you expend = weight loss. Drink lots of water, eat smaller portions more often to rev up your metabolism, don't eat junk food or drink soda. But really, you have to exercise more to see that kind of weight lost in that short amount of time. Usually it's more like a pound a week, which would put you at 8-10 pounds if you're good.

Well, 20 pounds in 2 months isn't much if you know how if you are considerably overweight. And, I am going to tell you how.

Go to used book stores or Salvation Army or Goodwill stores and find THE NEW ATKINS DIET REVOLUTION, be sure to get the 1992 version since the 2002 version is, in my opinion, dangerous.

The Atkins diet is complex, and if you don't follow it correctly, cutting back on carbs can be dangerous.

BUT, IT LETS YOU LOSE WEIGHT FAST WITHOUT BEING HUNGRY.

Do read and re-read the entire book carefully.

You can read the correct foods to eat yourself. Normally, people can start at 20 grams of carb a day, and after two weeks which loses maybe 6 pounds for a woman, slowly increase carbs to slow the loss.

But, I am going to repeat here the supplements you need because if you don't get them, it can be bad.

1. 4 (four) vitamin C 500 mg daily, no chewables.

2. 3 or 4 multivitamins daily (failure to do this can give you extreme fatigue, you will feel terrible)

3. 4 600D calcium daily. (Failure to do this can give you osteoporosis before your time, and you can have bad teeth or broken bones.)

4. Up to 16 metamucil pills (psyllium) daily. Failure to do this can cause you to become impacted, which is what killed Elvis, seriously. If he had only known , he could have saved his own life with the totally gross thing of digging out his own butt with his own finger. Gross but better than dying. I think.

5. Stool softener. Docusate Sodium, Wal-mart equate brand, two a day.

I am not normal, I suffer from post-prandial hypoglycemia, and at 20 grams a day, start gaining weight. So I am at virtually 0 grams a day forever. But, my weight is finally down over 30 pounds, bp from 135/70 to 108/70, and I can work 3 or 4 hours a day in Mexico. work so hard that my weight came up again due to muscle being formed. Not bad for 64 years old.

By the way, I also recommend buying Ketone test strips in the diabetic section at Wal-mart, to measure your burning of fat.

LET ME REPEAT: EITHER FOLLOW THE DIET PRECISELY OR DON'T DO IT AT ALL. THIS IS NOT A DO-WHAT-YOU-WANT DIET. YOU CAN HURT YOURSELF IF YOU DON'T TAKE THOSE SUPPLEMENTS, AND IF YOU EAT WHAT YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO EAT, A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

My wife saw my great change in weight and strengthy and said she wanted to to it, too. But when I told her what she had to do, she wanted to argue with the supplements, which is dangerous. So, I asked her to not even try it. She already has osteoporosis, and to not take enough calcium could harm her. I told her if she would die quickly, go ahead, but I didn't want to see her suffer and have to take care of her in bed for years... :)

Your still gonna need to do some kind of exercise, unless you want surgery or to use weight loss drugs, which may not even work.

Walk about a mile a day, have five small meals and slightly lower your total caloric intake. This will speed up your metabolism while lowereing your overall calorie intake. Good luck!

Walking is exercising so you can do it but you would have to cut sweets and fats from your diet.

errrmmm.... even though THERE IS NO HEALTHY WAY OF DOING THIS!!!!! i would say either skip meals and develop a eating disorder like anerixia and spew up your meals after you eat them until the point where you disolve your sarcoughagous *spelling?* until an oblivion and regret it in your future.

HAVE FUN! ^______^

If you cut your calories drastically, then maybe. But exercise will speed it up even more.
