i am maybe 5 feet or less, but i weigh 100 or 102 pounds. experts, would you say this is a healthy weight??

Definetly. i am around your height. It's in the low average of the healthy range.

The American media would say no. I've known 5'8" models who had to maintain a weight of 100 lbs.

But that's not the real world. . .

In the real world, you are fine. There is nothing more important than your health. Stay active, eat healthy and try not to let your weight fluctuate by more than 5 lbs in either direction.

Get your eyes off yourself and your weight and enjoy life!

Eat a cheeseburger or two. Gotta watch out for those strong fall winds that will be blowing soon.

But in all seriousness, thats a healthy weight unless you're trying to conceive a child soon.

But I would say it sounds healthy.. you don't wanna be so thin a gust of wind blows you away.

well you tell me im 13, 5'1ft and 86-88 lb, sorry braging bout myself well you are considered ok on the scale but if you truly feel fluffy then get out there extersize eat right.
