You nailed it. Emotional abuse. Drop him and find a place away from such manipulation.

Best of luck.

Hugs!

First of all, are you under 18? (or educating)? I strongly advise you to pay the social services a visit and tell them about this. Legally, your parents are obliged to financially support you - among other things. And if they are not willing to have you live with either of them, then you can sue them for the financial support.
And in case none of these works, ask the social services' worker what your options are. Obviously, you can't stay with your boyfriend if he's humiliating you, and you can't stay on the street.

Good luck and take care.

P.S.: To-do list:
1.Go to the social services
2. Get a place
3. Pack your stuff
4. Dump the boyfriend;)

Hello, oh yeah -your so called boyfriend is taking advantage of your bad situation to get in "better" with you .He is manipulating you -by trashing your self esteem - so you will need him more. He is really not your friend (if he was he would be sensitive to your needs) he is only selfishly thinking of himself...Just remember that you're a good person no matter what happens -but I hope you can find someone else to depend on in this time of trouble...I wish you the best of luck honey...bye

Yes he is dead wrong and that is emotional abuse...I am so sorry for your situation...You can always get emancipated and get assistance from your state, talk to a counselor at your school and by the way don't let this situation break your spirits...Be strong! Best wishes to you!

how old are you?

if you are a minor, you can't legally be made homeless by your parent's divorce

they still have legal responsibility for you

if you are not a minor, then you need to establish yourself
job, place to live, sense of self

don't let some hoser bring you into his messed up life

get your own in gear so you can choose where to live and how to live

Yes it is. A loving boyfriend should be supporting you as it sounds like you've had a crap time. Assert some independence & turn your back on him ... it'll make you feel better.

Get help with your township, see your preacher and speak with him on where you can go to, also pray to the Good Lord above. He will direct you on this journey I assure you. Don't be afraid just believe in him.

Yes, he was using emotional blackmail.
However, if you are old enough that you could live alone when your parent separated then you really should be old enough to see through him.
