For about two months now, I've had muscle twitches in various muscles throughout my body. They are most frequent in my arms, legs, and eyelid. I also have been experiencing some minor tingling. I have not experienced any cramping or weakness.

probably your nervous system isn't as good as it used to be
better check with a doctor

i have the same experience, except just sometimes before i fell asleep my leg muscles would actually twitch and sometimes it's scary
i haven't checked with the doctor yet, but i don't think it's anything serious

it can also result from excessive usgae of that particular muscles
just relax for a while first
or warm up your muscles before you activate them

There could be lots of reasons for the twitches ...r u taking any medications/drugs, doing excessive exercise, experiencing stress? Where r u feeling the tingling and at what point does it stop? ...or it could be signs of something more serious.

I'd go to a doc if I was u. It could be something simple such as stress or diet but could be something more. let me know how u r doing am praying for u
