He didn't have the lumps when I got him from the pound at about 6 weeks old and I noticed them about 2-3 weeks ago and told the vet at a check up. Vet says could be cartilidge bumps from other dogs biting/playing with his ears. Again he was only 6 weeks when I got him from the pound so he hasn't been with a lot of dogs who have been chewing on his ears. One of the lumps/bumps seems bigger to me so I am telling my vet again at our visit next week. But I wondered if anyone had any idea what it is or even ever heard of this?

does your puppy shake his head or scratch at his ears? if so, it could be broken blood vessels in his ears from the shaking/scratching.. my dog shook her ears and scratched at them and we had to get the bump drained..
