Crikey the list is endless, I should think!
1.Eat properly and don't crash diet.
2.Ensure a good intake of calcium for your bones.
3.Don't burn the candle - late night clubbing and alcohol will make you old before your time.
4.Check your breasts regularly for lumps.
5.Don't sleep around, can lead to cervical cancer, as well as a bad reputation.
6.Clean your skin properly after wearing makeup and use moisturiser daily.
7.Wear protective gloves when using detergent.
8.Get plenty of sleep - your mother always said it's the hours before midnight that count!

washing ur hands after ironing doesnt do a bloody thing to u !!!!osteoarthritis is caused by the wear/tear of repetetive movements over the years, and a natural decrease in synovial fluid, etc.washing ur hands wont do it ! that being said-dont tan,it causes wrinkles, age spots and "leathery" skin.u dont think of it now,but its the difference between looking 35 when ur 40,or looking 45 or 50 when ur 40-choose now !!!! eat a healthy diet, ditch the hi sugar and hi fat foods, eat more antioxident fruits and veg-nothing ages u faster than obesity, and the health problems that brings.excercise @ least 30 min per day.dont drink ,smoke or do drugs.its all common sense stuff u heard before, but believe me it works,im pleased to say i can deduct about 8-10 years off my age,on a good day,and no one seems like they know im lying!!!!!!

Eat as healthy as you can. Once the arteries are clogged you will have to change your eating - but the damage remains. Don't take your body for granted. Give it the well balance life it deserves and interaction with other carbon units. If you were issued one car that would have to last you for the rest of your life you would, most likely, wash, buff, polish, get regular oil changes, keep the paint out of the sun, and use a higher grade fuel. Your body is that one vehicle for your mind/spirit. Treat it as such.

Don't try to prove you're as strong as the guys watch about heavy repetitive lifting. Get an education so you don't have to do a lot of heavy lifting.
Sure high heels are sexy but you will have lots of back and leg problems if you wear them a lot when young.
Eat right.
Exercise slowly and in moderation.
Don't let yourself gain excessive weight.
Get plenty sleep.
Don't have children.

Don't smoke, eat lots of fruits and veg tables and enjoy life, don't worry about things you can not change. Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day and laugh a lot.

Stay as thin as possible

Less health problems, fewer issues with bones and muscles and general aches as you age.

Also thinner is less likely to suffer from diabetes, heart attack, stroke and depression and sexual disfunction.

Fat is NOT where it is at!

That depends if you want to lead a dull, boring existence or have fun. If you want to have fun (remember life is short): Have tons of sex, do tons of drugs.
