*sighs* ur too young for a g/f and for kissing, but I bet your going to anyway and nobody wants to kiss a bad kisser so gor your g/fs sake......
1) you can ask her if you can kiss her, or not, that's your choice.
2) sit close to her, make sure you are ALONE so you won't get embarrassed by a possible rejection
3) Put your arm around her and look into her eyes, you two should already be close
4) lean in (if she seems like shes going to back off, skip #5)
5)cup her lower cheek bone (I love this, its very romantic)
6)tilt your head to the side (so you don't bump noses)
7) keep your eyes OPEN so again, you don't bump noses, until your lips are all most touching (its not polite to stare but some people are into that!)
8)keep you lips firm yet soft, lick them before you kiss her (don't let her see you do that, it might freak her out) moist lips (not sopping wet ones) make a kiss more enjoyable.
and lastly, keep the kiss under 3 seconds unless she indicates she wants it to be longer!!! OH- and do NOT slip her your tongue!!! a first kiss w/tounge is A NO NO NO!!!!! plus your to young for it anyway...no of fence of course.....wait a few more yrs...

a peck on the cheek should do just fine ( if your parents are there..) otherwise you'll know how when the time is right. besides... the fun of learning for yourself is one of the best parts of the journey your thinking of taking brother...

at 13 don't go all makeout yet. you have plenty of time. give her a goodnight kiss. it's pretty natural. lean in and if she wants it, it's like a natural reaction. or kiss her on the forehead or cheek. it's cute.

since its your first kiss don't make too much out of it.
a peck should do the trick! i'm sure you've seen it on movies or tv or whatever, just lean in and make contact.

listen sam, you are way too young to kiss with your tongue. so be very simple and sweet to her.
just use your lips, thats it. pucker up and kiss her. when your older and when you notice you like her more then you can use your tongue if you must. but for now just kiss with your lips.
