I want to go to Tampa, FL on Dec. 24 and stay til the 30th. Should I book my tickets now or will prices go down in the next few months?

You should go to kayak.com and register. They actually have a tool that shows if the cost of a particular flight is going up or down. It's very useful because often times the airlines offer fare sales, etc.
That being said, given that your dates include Christmas, it's probably a good idea to book well ahead of time.

go to obitz.com or expedia.com, they should give u some real nice prices
