It will hurt a lot, and bleed, and possibly become cancerous even though it wasn't before. AND it will come back. Sometimes even the ones that are surgically removed come back (one of mine did), but that is a lot less likely. Plus, when you have a doctor remove a mole, they'll also check to make sure it wasn't skin cancer waiting to happen.

It will likely grow back again. It's best not to do that. If it's bothering you or in the way, have the doctor remove it for good.
